Returnable, refundable, exchangable?

sethgodin-theboss.jpgI'm with Seth Godin. Much more willing to buy something from a place that immediately offers a policy making me feel welcome and appreciated, than mistrusted. He shared a clear, simple contrast  - between both kinds of proprietors - with a picture that probably does speak a thousand words. Like him, I also return to the places that offer me choices. You too, probably, no?

Made me realize that except for when I've sold on eBay, I've never specified my return policy on my site. What an oversight. I tend to agree with the person running the store in this photo, though. Better update my information to reflect this policy accordingly, eh? Heading to the office soon, though, so this weekend...
