Try again or go to Marcy's, that is...

Today, because the anticipated inspiration didn't come to me in the expected ways, you'll get to hear about my little workaround.

I did what I often do when I want to be creative and can't quite get it together. I went to Marcy's and played with her in her studio.

Sure enough, the end results were spiffing. While she worked to combine just the right raku pieces with the vintage lamp parts she cleverly locates, I created some new, porcelain pendants. They're still there, in fact, certainly dry by now and awaiting a day when we have enough work to fill a kiln for firing, so they can be taken to the next level with applications of glazes.

Now let's see what kinds of necklaces I can't make today...
