Customer service VRUs: sometimes they get it so right

At this moment, I am on hold with GoDaddy. I'm calling the "Domain Concierge" department. Which, before this morning, I was not aware existed. I need to talk to one of these concierge-types about a domain I'm transferring to GoDaddy. It's a domain I've had a long, long time and I do not want to mess this up.

There have been no conversations between me and another living person this morning, yet, but here is the coolest thing I've heard all morning long:

"If you would prefer to hold without music, please press the pound key now."

Choices, people. That's all we really want. I may have to hold a while, but at least I get to choose my own music. Sweet!
