work space & process
It comes up often enough in my blog, this affinity I have for "the process." I love websites that show me the behind-the-scenes look. Finally I've taken the time to pull together some of my own process photos for my own site visitors. I'd like to promise more will be added soon. It's possible. But it's best not to make promises...

Before Oct. '05 Pottery Festival (12)
My kind, patient friend Jan has not given me one smidge of grief over the fact that, now in the fall of '05, I've turned her home into a mess beyond her wildest imaginings. Beads and wire and clay and pendants and tools...they're everywhere. Actually, it's getting better. I've cleaned off many of the surfaces I'd taken over. Several of them. Here's what you would have seen if you'd come acallin'. -
Miscellaneous Jewelry Process Photos (7)
The photos in this gallery were taken a long time ago. In fact, I think it was "back in '04." Hard to say for sure. They're not all really a set but they do show a bit about the process that goes on before the necklaces are actually ready to wear. These were all taken in the house I don't live in anymore. "The Bluemont house." It's a good distinction. After 7 1/2 years in "The Fisher apartment" I seem to be moving around again. Maybe such details will help me provide a semblance of order.
