Process continuing nicely - new happy necklaces!

105053-309951-thumbnail.jpgSo in spite of the fact that Life does tend to happen when I've planned other things, and as usual I mostly only planned to make necklaces during the past few days, I'm thrilled to report that I'm in a nice groove and that the necklaces I'm making right now are kinda' cool. Really kinda' cool, actually. As I've mentioned in previous blog entries, all the pieces are being created around my latest group of recently-fired ceramic pendants. Completely one-of-a-kind. (No pressure on myself this week, or anything!) It's fun, actually. And a great challenge.

I can usually gauge whether or not the progress feels good if I look at the pieces and think "I'd wear that!" I think I can say that about everything I've made this go round. So I thought I'd take a break and photograph a few of them, put 'em up here and let somebody besides myself enjoy them for a while. Hope you do, anyway! And if you want to see them for yourself, please know you're very welcome to stop by my booth tomorrow at the Triad Area Spring Pottery Festival and say hello.  (And take one of these babies home. Yea, that'd be cool too.) It's at the Greensboro Farmer's Curb Market which we love.
