One for me, then one for you...

I logged in this morning to say hello and that I'm not really in the mood to blog but Happy Weekend to everyone, anyway. Then I realized I could at least tell you about a little selfish thing on my mind this morning. Plus I'm wishing you a happy weekend. You get two for one!

I didn't get very far with my necklace making plans last night. As has been my custom for a while now. But this morning it occurred to me that I need a new necklace to wear with a specific sweater I haven't been wearing much this season.

Nothing like a little personal greed to finally spark a creative cycle.

So as soon as I save this, I'm going back downstairs, green wool sweater in tow, and making myself a new necklace. Then if it turns out as nicely as it looks in my mind's eye, I'll make something similar for Somebody Besides Me. Not the same, of course, 'cause I don't like to duplicate stuff. But along the same lines. That'll be good, right?

And if I decide I like it, I'll show you a picture later.
