To everything a season...

A time to laugh, a time to cry. A time to sort beads...

Since Christmas I've been meaning to implement a totally new bead organizational system. And many days I look at them, sigh, have a twinge of guilt, and go on about my business. Apparently you have to be in a very specific kind of mood to sort beads.

Apparently today I'm in that mood. And that mood hits at just a time when I'm waiting on material from clients and so my web projects are in fairly good shape. Funny how that works out sometimes.

I even have a movie I'd like to watch while I sort the beads. But I won't watch it. It has subtitles. It's one thing to put in a movie you've seen before and let it entertain you in the background while you move on with your business. It's quite another matter to put in a movie all in French that you've never seen, ensuring that you'll have to watch every single movement and scene with complete attention so you don't miss anything. And watching a subtitled movie would be exactly the kind of irresponsible choice I'm determined not to make today. So I have to go find something non-distracting and get on with the sorting. I'll let you know how it goes! There are a looooot of beads to sort.
