Ever think you're in charge?

And did you discover you were wrong...that you most certainly were not in charge?

I'm learning all kinds of lessons this week. And although I won't get into the details, I wanted to check in and say thanks to everybody who is still checking in at my blog so regularly and reading my silly little ramblings. There's something more comforting than I can tell ya' about peekin' at my stats and seeing how many times people have been to "see me" here.

Meanwhile, I'll go back to learning those lessons, and trying to figure out how best to proceed in all these little and big ways and will hopefully come back from "the field" of life and report all kinds of amazing buckets of wisdom sometime soon. You know me...never one to keep it to myself for too long.

I'm giving some serious thought to whether you should, indeed, be given charge. Kickin' butt and takin' names...seems to me you can do it. And that'll help out a lot since I see I'm incapable of managing everything I once thought myself capable of...
