Wonder what they're doing right now?

Photo of a tiny boy and a man in Seattle.

This pair, whom I spotted on an afternoon excursion in Seattle in the Spring of '06, make me smile every single time I see this photo. I've never thought it an odd practice to take hundreds of photos in a single afternoon, if there's enough going on to catch my attention. And that was several years ago. You might say I have a lot of images piled up in my collection. Which have never served any purpose to me, other than to generate a private little smile on occasion.

So here you are: my two Seattle guys. I always wondered what their story was. And as a long-time People Watcher, I was glad I saw 'em. Your imagination could really let go, if you felt so inclined...

People are the most interesting subjects in the world. Everybody had a story; even these guys--the man and the boy, the lone individual sitting on teh concrete wall, and the others. Wouldn't it be something if they were to be recognized from your entry, and you were to learn their story.
