Website help, cooking help...it's all good!

Just called a client to clarify my understanding of her latest email request. Quickly, with the efficiency borne of an established, collaborative relationship, we were on the same page. Then:

Me: Okay. I'm going to get started right now.

Her: Great! I'm sorry I won't be able to get onto the computer and check in while you work, like I like to do. But I have dinner guests coming.

Me: It's okay. I'll let you know when I'm done and you can look when you're free.

Her: How long do you cook lasagna?

Me: Uh...sorry. I'm not that kind of cook. I tend to make it up as I go along. Every time I cook. Anything. So I might peek at the noodle box and see what it says when I'm getting started, but I almost never make it the same way.

Her: That's me too. Hm. I'd better go pull down a cookbook.

Me: But I'm online. I could look it up for you!

Her: That'd be awesome. Would you?

Me: Of course!

So I find a recipe that sounds fairly common and has some positive feedback from other cooks who've tried the recipe. I tell her that in this particular recipe it's recommended that you preheat the oven to 350° then cook covered for 40 minutes, uncover for 40 more, and let it sit for 15 minutes afterward.

Her: Ooooh, oh, oh... I gotta' go. Gotta' go cover my dish!

And me? Since I'm not making lasagna, or anything else in my oven for that matter, I think I'll get started on some website modifications!
