Top Ten Qualities of People Who Live a Long Life

This list made me happy. I found the qualities - with a bit about each - at Associated Content, attributed to Nichole Beck. I thought today, the day before those of us living in the United States celebrate Thanksgiving, would be a good day to consider such qualities.

Interesting list. Do you think I have any of these? Sometimes self evaluation is less than objective. As you know, I plan to live 100 years. Might help to have the qualities which promote longevity!

Dad, I guess you'll be around for a while since I'd say you have all of these in varying degrees! Better keep taking good care of yourself!
